Buying a home can be stressful and exciting all at the same time. Here's a few tips we've found helpful when searching for "the one":
Figure out what your ‘perfect home’ looks like. Write down all of the features you must-have, items that would be nice-to-have, and things that don’t really matter.
Think about remodeling. No one is perfect and neither are homes—imagine the future potential. Would painting and new wood floors turn it into your dream house? How about knocking down a wall or remodeling a kitchen / bathroom?
Location is important. Driving around a two mile radius is a proven way find your comfort zone.
